How do you set up your automations?

I use Manychat (not a sponsor) to set up automations on Instagram. Whenever a use performs an action (trigger), Manychat automatically sends a personalized reply and direct message to that user on your behalf.

1. Firstly, create a Manychat account and connect it to your Instagram account.

2. Go to Settings > Instagram > Enable the 'Story Reply' setting
   
   

   

   
   

3. Draft the message you want to send to the users who mention you in their story. Make sure you spend a good amount of time to think about what content goes there, it really plays a big role in your CTR%.
   
   You can add multiple buttons here. You can add links to websites or other accounts, however you decide to take the user further down the funnel 🚀

4. You're all done now! Click the set live button, make sure you test the automation once before posting it on your primary account. I have personal experience, it's embarrassing - don't mess it up.
